WinkBeds is a family-run manufacturer in Middleton, Wisconsin, and unusually for this category it makes its own mattresses rather than contracting production out. That shows up in the details: heavier gauge steel in the perimeter coils, a tufted cover, and a lifetime warranty with a genuine replacement clause rather than a pro-rated one.

The house style is firm and supportive. WinkBeds beds do not hug, and if you are coming off memory foam the first week feels unforgiving.
