Which one we would buy

The Helix Midnight Luxe wins on the widest margin of usefulness. It is the only one of the three that suits side sleepers properly, it is the best of the three for couples, and its zoned lumbar layer keeps it viable for back sleepers up to about 220 lb. That combination is why it carries our pick.

The WinkBeds Luxury Firm is the better mattress if you are heavier than that, or if you have flattened a bed before. Its 1.1 inches of hip sink under our 240 lb tester is the best figure in our records, and its edges are the only ones of the three you can genuinely sit on. The 120-night trial is the cost of that.
